Chief Financial Officer

Linda has over twenty-nine years of financial management experience in a diverse group of manufacturing, distribution, direct marketing and retail companies. She has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, raising capital for growth and expansion, public company reporting, operational and financial turnarounds and financial planning.

Linda began her career at Ernst & Young and has served as CFO in both private and public companies ranging from start-ups to over $500 million in revenue.

Ms. Hill holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington where she graduated with highest honors. She is a member of Financial Executives Institute.
