FELIX MASSEY
Director - Human Resources

Felix is responsible for directing the efforts of the G2 Secure Staff, LLC human resources function for both corporate and field operations via a staff of four HR managers.

Felix's 10+ years of human resources previous leadership include corporate HR Director for Movie Trading Company, HR Director for Paramount Parks Inc. and HR Field Manager for Blockbuster.

Though primarily recognized for successful union avoidance and employee relations efforts with Blockbuster Distribution and Paramount Parks, he is also known to be a hands-on generalist. Additionally, Felix has over 19 years of retail operations experience with Safeway Food Stores, Blockbuster and Gap Inc. Felix studied Business Administration at the University of Louisiana, Monroe; he and his wife Cecelia reside in Arlington, Texas.
