Job Description:
Customer Service/Baggage Service Agents meet and greet arriving passengers in the baggage claim area; provide assistance and information to individuals meeting arriving passengers. Determine service needs of customers, providing assistance with all baggage issues, including lost, damaged and pilfered luggage.
