This edition of “G2 People News” finds us mid-way through 2023 and looking forward to a safe and productive second half of the year. Congratulations to our field teams for a very successful start to the year. What makes us successful is engagement with our employees, training, mentoring, and celebrating our successes while also identifying opportunities for improvement and acting on them. I am absolutely honored to be on this team.

Investing in our employees’ career paths, learning and safety management systems, innovative technology solutions and recognition programs are just a few of the things we are doing to enhance our employee experience and performance results.

The continuous development of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program has allowed our company to increase the number of internal promotions and advancements. Our decisions ensure we have the best candidate for the job, based on individual skills and experience. Our career development program has created opportunities for our employees to better position themselves for progressive career advancement right here at G2 and beyond.

Engaging with employees at all levels of the company has proven to be very beneficial. Through our newsletter, education and awareness campaigns, anniversary recognition and employee outreach programs, we are engaging employees and sharing an inside look into G2’s culture with more than 10,000 aviation professionals. We are very proud of our accomplishments and look forward to accomplishing even more together in the future.
