Cindy Ford is the Vice President, Compliance and Performance Management for G2 Secure Staff.  Cindy works closely with G2 operations and legal team members as well as customers and regulatory entities to ensure G2 teams deliver performance in accordance with requirements.

Before joining the G2 Secure Staff team in 2012, Cindy gained 25 years of industry experience working for American Airlines. She held positions in various departments including fleet planning, legal, human resources, communications and operations.  Her experience as Regional Manager of Outsourced Stations  for American Airlines provided her the opportunity to partner with and understand the airline service provider business. She also played a key role in acquisition and integration projects for American Airlines, American Eagle and G2 Secure Staff.

Cindy attended Cal-State Fullerton University in Fullerton, California, for two years. After relocating to Texas, she attended Tarleton State University where she served as editor of her college newspaper and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
