Tim Reddell is the Senior Vice President of Operations and Ground Service Equipment at G2 Secure Staff, bringing over 40 years of aviation industry experience to the role. With a 25-year tenure at American Airlines followed by 15 years at G2, Tim has led diverse operations across both organizations—including ground handling, equipment management, and sales. His leadership has consistently driven operational excellence and strategic growth.

Being a huge supporter of Texas Tech University after completing his studies there, Tim’s roots run deep in both the aviation and Red Raider communities. When he’s not on the tarmac or in the office, you’ll find him on the golf course or cheering on his eldest son in collegiate golf and his youngest as he trains to become a pilot. Married for over 20 years, Tim is a devoted family man with three grandchildren—including a recent set of twins from his daughter.
