IND Employee Recognition

G2 Secure Staff would like to recognize Indianapolis International Airport (IND) wheel chair agent Natarsha Pickens. Recently a customer wrote in to say this:

“My wife & I were airline travelers on Southwest Airlines last Thursday. We were assisted by Tasha Pickens, an Airport Wheelchair Support person. Ms. Pickens served us above & beyond the call of duty for hours, after we missed our 11AM Flight. She led us to the Southwest information center to rebook our flight & continued to periodically check in on us during our 6 hour wait time at the Indianapolis airport for our next flight.

This was my first time utilizing the Wheel Chair support system, & I was very impressed with the service.
