Dan has 41 years of experience in the airline services industry spending his career with Ogden Aviation, Globe Aviation Services and last 16 years with G2 SecureStaff after a successful MBO in 2005.  With Dan’s recent move to Executive Chairman, his career has been truly one of working directly on the front line with other heroes and then accepting roles of increasing responsibility. From General Manager serving with 1200 employees at DFW, to Regional Director, VP Ops, President and eventually President/CEO since 2005, he has worked closely with teams, colleagues and customers to fulfill our goals of safe and quality service, while enjoying the teams’ work in maintaining high ethical and moral standards. 

Spending most of 2020 and beginning 2021 in a crisis and watching his senior leadership team, other leaders and front line work so smartly, collaboratively and efficiently with unprecedented changes and personal challenges, Dan realizes it is time to pass the torch to Julie and the senior team as they are ready on Day 1 to excel and rebuild this company to new heights, while supporting our customer’s plans for recovery and future growth.

In the executive chairman role, Dan will closely monitor business customer service activities, employee development & succession planning, M&A, and also support the Diversity Council in doing great things in a company that has always valued diversity or different viewpoints as a strength.
