LAX Passenger Appreciation Letter
G2 Secure Staff would like to recognize our Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) station employee Rheema Sierra. Recently, a wheelchair customer from Southwest Airlines wrote into our station after receiving excellent service from Rheema. The customer wrote:
“Just wanted to thank assistant Rheema who helped me move my father-in-law with a wheelchair across LAX International Airport. Rheema was waiting when my father-in-law was exiting the plane and assisted us with moving him until we got picked up. She was so kind to us all and her assitance was greatly appreciated. Rheema is an asset to her company, and she should be commended for her outstanding efforts.”
